They feature button fly,  belt loops and hip pockets. 
 
These trousers feature signs of fade, tears, patches, marks and wear.

I estimate that this pair would fit approx Women’s UK6 or 8/ XS, depending on desired fit. They have a shorter leg, as is often the case with French workwear trousers.
