“Born into a clothing manufacturing family, Frederick Starke started his own line in the late 1920s. Gaining noteriety after WWII, Starke's line was carried in Liberty's as well as at his own store. Beautiful cotton, featuring lovely fabric design.
Three buttons at front, skirt flares from pleats at waist. 
This dress is in good condition. Light wear under arms.
